★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in mysore to shop for mysore silk sarees as we had a wedding in the family, we were taken to a couple of so-called govt stores as claimed by our taxi driver & none had authentic pure silk sarees & they were trying to push some polyester saree as silk ( lookalike ) Then we Googled & found Badsha Stores The Silk Experience since 1965 on KR Circle They have the best sarees in silk & Cotten too & are very fairly priced. They too had the artificial silk saree which they sold for one third of the so called govt shops
Basically a gud experience for shopping, Awesome ambience, Smiling staff & not to forget the hot cup of black tea with rock salt was icing to the cake , don't forget to check Their salwar suits section
