★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly built apartment, Some flats are good which are road facing. But most of the construction is done without planning and improper engineering. Water and water supply quality is the problem. Parking space provided is too less and parking your vehicle his a big problem. Location wise it is OK since Gurgaon, Delhi and Faridabad is easily approachable. You cannot find your some of your daily need things there. Also, you cannot get many only food delivery there.

You will not get sophisticated / highly educated /society family apart from that appartment because around you mostly villagers live. Other things like water/electricity etc are problematic..
