★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt bus is Good in travel but I am disappointed and shocked because of cancel the bus in last time and shift on other time bus because its to bad and not suit for royal star bus because its a brand so don't harm our brand and hope so next time not happening this thing

The bus condition is ok but staff is very irresponsible. I feel very suffocated and I ask helper to open the window he said -khidki to nhi kkhulegi mera to dum ghut rha hai
Just I think why I travel with royal Star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am traveling continuously last month on 17november seat no 25 I twas ravel indore to aurangabad that day your travel bus staff forget to check all passengers and left me on madhuban hotel where they are take dinner stop,approx 50 kms other bus lifts and catch the bus.bus number 9920
Now also I m in bus seat nos L3 bus number 9920 traveling to same destination, now front of me window is open I am asking for close the window but bus staff saying khalghat par passengers chadenge tab band hoga ,
This is very seducing please look in to this and improve your review ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RTS Royal Star is one of the Best Travel Company from Indore to other destinations. All of their buses are in good condition, be it AC or Non-AC.
I travelled with this company from Jalna-Indore-Jalna in Non-AC bus and as shown in the photographs the bus was so clean with good bed sheets and curtains in it.
Their staff is very courteous and polite. This company focuses more on customer service as all of their buses reach on time.
They have multiple offices in Indore at Teen Imli, Navlakha, Rajendra Nagar etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the boarding point n office of Royal Star bus service. Though its visible from the main road (Ring road), but reaching here is a bit tricky if u r approaching from Bhanwarkua or Navlakha.
From the Piplihana square, its easier to reach here as its on the left side and the approach road is quite clear (though it may b a little difficult in the dark).
Approaching from Asaram square (pardon the name) u will have to take exit before the flyover n then take a right (below the flyover) onto the service road of opposite side. Its pretty crowded here so u will have to drive carefully. As u progress on the opposite service road u will b able to see their board and there will b 2 consecutive petroleum pumps (HP n Essar in that order) on ur right.
Parking is very limited, esp at boarding times because the buses take up all the parking space n the service road in front of the office is quite narrow.
They have an internal seating arrangement with LED TV n good no. of chairs (fixed n mobile). They have made arrangements for mobile charging points (with holders for keeping the mobile), but dont forget ur mobile in the haste to board ur bus.
They have a toilet for the ladies. (For the gentleman , u will have to walk around 200m to HP petroleum pump for a public toilet).
All in all they have made a good facility to board the bus. Their buses are well maintained n clean (No LCD screen inside the buses). Bus facilities run on time. The staff at the counter n inside the bus is courteous n helpful.
The only issue is of parking. That's y 4stars n not 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The got accident on 03/05/2022 near Manal hotel, Pithampur at 20:30pm (night) going towards pune.
There were no response from the Bus driver, Bus owners no. Was switched off. They were not facilated us any back up bus.Zero Stars for Royal Star bus service.Not recommended ever.Bis no. Was MP09 PA1260

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst conditions of buses, they are charging you each and every penny even their charge is more than an average sleeper class buses still you will get no facilties, charging sockets are not working, they are saying we have an air suspension buses but no suspension you will feel once you get inside the bus.
I would not recommend anyone to travel in such worst quality buses if you are paying full amount you will deserve to get a good facilty.
FYI - I travelled from Khandwa to Ahmedabad
