Asked me to collect my order at 12 p.m. , even at 6:30 p.m. order wasn't ready
Had paid 500 as advance and asked for receipt, which I was denied. The owner remembers it as 200. That's what the receipts are for Ma'am.
During the Pandemic , the owner and her staff are really fashion conscious and deny wearing mask. Had to be yelled at. They say " Mask pehenke kam nahi hota".
Even after all this, the pictures were to be edited but they gave me such poor quality pictures which was the icing on the cake.
Please do not visit. Sweet talk and pathetic service is their motto.
Please look at the owner's response:
1. She says there is no need for receipt. Amazing response. All other studios are fools to provide receipt and their customers must not Love them.
How does my shifting to a new place justify her not giving a receipt. I'll tell you why -- she was busy talking on phone while attending customers hence it was painful to provide one.
2. If it would have taken just 5 mins to print, why did her staff said " Editing takes time, we'll do an amazing job with extra time". Pathetic editing. Had it not been my child's photo, I would have uploaded now
3. And mind you, she's not responded on Mask issue because as per her staff, photo editing will be hampered if they wear masks. 2 kids were in her studio during my visit

yet to receive album but saw pics and they came out really well, didn't expect pics would come out so great.
superb team effort, committed to deliverables, didn't had to follow up for prints or snaps.
overall awesome experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a t shirt printed and it's the worst experience I've ever got to face from. The person printing the shirt had no idea about the dimensions. And also the print itself is tilted and not properly aligned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal studios does it all if from photos to putting your pics on everything possible pillows mirrors ANYTHING you would expect studio to do and maybe more. But my only problem with royal studios is its dilevery i have been in so many instances where was promised my delivery so late that j almost forgot about it sometimes. They do a good job but if you are looking for a place with fast delevery then i dont thing royal studios is the place for it.
