★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd rated insurance company. I regret for having been a customer to this useless insurance company for the past 5 years. They have a pathetic customer service department with illiterate and uneducated customer service representatives. People who are getting the motor policy done do not even know what basic details should be there in the policy. Their policy soft copies look like a nursery child's scribbled sheet of paper with hell lot of mistakes. Being an insurance company they do not know the various pros and cons of what happens if certain fields are missing in the insurance copy. The customer service representatives are robots who speak like tubes casette players. None of them are qualified enough to solve our issues with respect to the policies. Inspite of having renewed my car policy well In advance and having fallen behind the customer service department for getting the error rectified since 15 days there has not been a single rectification of errors and not a single illiterate soul from this company company has even bothered to give me an apt solution. I don't know why there are managers and other higher officials in this company. Better they resign and sit back at home cook food and wash vessels rather than work as managers in this company. Shame on Royal Sundaram. Not recommended.
