★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased Suzuki Access 125 on 6th April 2022. We paid the all the amount as per their given quotation on 6th April. They delivered two wheeler same day without any purchased invoice + not given Insurance copy + without any RTO tax receipt. Till today (19th April 2022) we have yet to receive RTO tax receipt. We are taking regular follow up for RTO from dealership. They give full assurance in the Morning and always failed in the evening. After multiple repeation of this frustrating experience, I have decided to complaint to Suzuki. They listened my complaint and alinged Suzuki ASM Chakkardhar Sharma to resolve this simple job. But he also not able to get it done from Royal Suzuki Dealership. Finally, he given me dealership GM Ashok Sehra number for further discussion. I called him and found that he is on leave. It's means I have wait for some more day for this simple one day RTO work.
Behalf of my this experience, I want you to be alert for (after sales support ) from Royal Suzuki Dealership.
