β β β β β The most pathetic bus service. My booking was from allahabd to delhi. These guys left 15 mins before time. I kept on continuosly calling and no one picked. One guy picked and he said kar lo jo karna hai.

They are not even sure about their pick up point and they will tell you wrong pick up point every time. They have changed their business now after getting negative reviews.

β β β β β Worst Service bus ever it took them 25 hours from Delhi to Manali. in case of breakdown in between the journey these people do not receive calls, i was traveling with my 2 years old kid and has to wait on road for 7 hours for the bus to get back on the road we tried calling them many times but they did not entertained our calls i will not recommend any one to chose Royal travels, we were dropped 5 km before manali as bus breakdown twice and rest of the journey we managed on our own i dont understand what they provide in the name of service.
