Once, I was travelling with my mother by Royal Travels Delhi. It was the night journey and we were in AC sleeper bus. All of a sudden, within an hour of commencing the journey, my mother started feeling pukish due to indigestion! I was so worried as she wasn't feeling well at all. I asked the driver if he can stop at any nearby medical shop so that I can get some medicines for her. Fortunately, the driver was familiar with the route and he stopped at a medical shop. To my surprise, he himself approached the chemist and got some good medicines. My mother started feeling well after some time and the journey went smooth after that. I still remember that journey and I'm really very thankful to the bus crew for being so kind and responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this bus from Manali to Delhi. It started late by 1.5hrs. Seats are full of dirt, not comfortable and blankets weren't clean. They were stopping the bus every now and then. They stopped for dinner at 12am after Mandi. It was suppose to reach Delhi by 7am but now the bus is late for 7hrs. Don't ever book with this traveler!!

Not professional at all.. Never seen such pathetic service.. NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked bus from kasol to ISBT DELHI on 14/03/2022 at 8:00pm.....bus services very bad.... Driver behaviour very bad..... Am very disappointed...... It's take 18 hours kasol to ISBT Delhi.... Plzzz never book a bus by Royal Travels Delhi....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked forir ticket for VOLVO bus tour through Thrillophillia from Delhi to Kasol kheerganga treking and back to Delhi . The bus which was provided from Delhi gone unserviceable mid way and after a lot of coordination, Royal travel guys any how managed to leave us mid way on the mercy to Himachal roadways. We reached Kasol after changing 4 buses and it was really a pathetic journey for all of us appx 40-46 tourists . The driver used to switch off AC every time and he didn't bother to listen out requirements. We were made to feel as Royal travels/Thrillophillia was doing any mercy upon us . After reaching at KheerGanga top, there was hardly any suitable arrangements for us .
Overall it was a very very bad experience and not at all recommendable to anyone .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked my comfortable seat in Red Bus. But the bus incharge gave me another seat strictly which is not my comfort how can I travel easily. And his behaviour also not so much good. And charging point is not available in this bus.

1- Ambiance of bus zero out of five.( like general berth of Train)
2- No cleaning ( like general berth of Train.)
3-Even they didn't served any water bottle.
4- body sound & engene sound of bus clearly come in cabin which is very irritating.
5- suspension of bus no comfortable.
6- bus staff stop bus everywhere and ask passenger to sit.(5 to 10 extra passenger)
7- Documents of bus is not completed, they were diverting route near agara expressway because RTO was ahead.
8- Most Important thing staff were taking enjoy they dind not care about passengers time bus delay approximately 1.5 hours.
