★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. We got a bus with poor air conditioning in summer. They run without permits causing inconvenience in the last minute at state border. Made us travel extra 2 hours, as they could cross the state border only at one Pont where they had influence to travel without permit. We almost missed our train. Classic example of customer disservice in Travel business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used this travel service to travel for 600kms. It's such a pathetic service in terms of bus condition, driver attitude, and owners respect towards customers service. They only care about money. They said it's AC bus but we only get hot air. Travel through their bus has taken away all the pleasant moments that we have gathered. Better do not even look at their board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the bus from gondia to pauni but on going some distance the tyre of the bus got punctured. The driver told us that you give money now, I will go to the office and get it with your money. But on returning, there office staff did not refund us that money and their service is also useless. Owner of the company is also kind of stuffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.... not co operative with customers..... bus quality was very bad... driver will always go by his route for multiple reasons and force to pay complete fare before drop

For 200km the driver took 7 hours.
The driver was drunk and risking life of his fellow travellers.
After completing all of this, the bus is in pathetic condition.
Unclean, untidy with all the litter around.
Coming back he stopped deliberately in Gondia just for the permissions. Due to this we had to cancel out last spot to Dongargarh. Hence the worst experience for me in travel industry.
