Pls hire experienced staff, coz they have lack of products knowledge
time consuming for us due to no product awareness and unexpected explanation regarding product quality by staff
insufficient staff as comparison to showroom size
Too much waiting period at a time of my visit just not because of rush in showroom but customer handling is poor.
I feel that I did better homework rather than staff regarding sunmica selection.
