★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer unfriendly. They will ask you to remove your shoes before you can enter the showroom. I rather recommend them to put shoe cover instead of asking even old people to remove their shoes. Moreover there is even no place to wear back your shoes. Atleast a stool would be appreciated.

I was happy to see the nice collection at Balaji laminates but it is very disappointing that they delivered old displayed sheet that too without protection film to me.The attitude of owner is very strange and totally non coperative. I would recommend NOT to deal with them.
Question is on Royal touch laminates company also that which kind of dealer they have choosen...
Hope my concern will be addressed.
