★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just beside the service road. They have vehicle parking available.
Collection is good - hits and misses. Majority of the sofas looked bulky.
They do have all kinds of furnitures. Rates depend on one's budget. So, cannot comment on that.
Staff were polite and helped with all queries.

Answered all my queries. Very much satisfied . Hope will receive the consignment on time with good quality. Like to visit again. Keep it up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like other customers reported here, their customer service is pathetic. I had ordered one marble coffee table and discolored piece was delivered. So we asked to take it back and give a good piece. The delivery people took it back at the same time and now I am waiting for new piece delivery since last one week. If I call customer service, they have a fix response - "we will get back you with an update" and as usual this store won't pick up phone. So I am stuck. My recommendation - don't buy from this store if you want a piece of mind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible quality of furniture. We purchased 3 items and paid close to a lakh for the 3 put together. We received defective items and had to fight with the store for replacements. The replacements arrived on Friday and again these were also damaged and different from what we had ordered! Worst experience; please do not waste money here. These people claim to service and have a 1 yr warranty but do not be fooled their tall claims. Twice after raising a complaint and speaking to their Service Manager, we are still receiving replacements that are faulty. Their attitude towards customers is appalling and even after filing a complaint with consumer forum, they are least bothered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non reliable, not at all trustable. I kept my review and one of the Manager called us and requested to remove our review and promised us to fix our issues in the brand new product. But yet not fixed and surprisingly this person who promised of fixing issues is now not responding to our messages.
Request for those customers thinking to buy here..
1. Pls Give least priority to buy in store... It is similar to buying in online or in Amazon(here u can get it cheap atleast.. For the same quality of product)
2. Pls visit other vendors if you are looking for quality.
We purchased a dining table and with 4 chairs. After multiple times delivering broken sets and returns (not an easy one to request for exchange). Finally they delivered table top and different legs which looks awkward after fixing (alignment). Now after nearly 18 days of waiting the table looks like a local made and not at all a branded. Thankyou Royal Oak for wasting our money, time and mental torture. We wasted our 29k.
The service people tell us that if royal oak manufacture 100 sets.. Almost every set has alignment issue and faults... This fact they won't say during purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get cheated by the star rating.Real liars & fake business, who are not professional by any means. Worst customer care you cant even imagine. Delivery did not happen after many days of order; we waited and when we call to enquire, always same response"we will check & get back" . We even requested to refund, but they didn't do that too. Cheap class Cheaters in name of Royaloak. Only their showroom looks good. Don't get cheated by looks. Store manager never respond after we paid & placed order. We are struggling to get either product or our money back. We are spending hours daily on call with customer care and frustrated to the core.
