★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write reviews on google but writing this detailed review because I have gone through the trauma and frustrating experience of dealing with Bhavana and Hemant Shah and want to beware other people like me, who are first time investors and don't have prior knowledge of buying property. Guys, please don't make any deal with these people. Firstly, they are not professional. They don't know their job well. They are not aware of anything and have no other option but to blindly rely on the broker from the other party to complete the work. They don't negotiate for you, won't take your side if there is some argument between you and the other party. At one point you will be frustrated by their unprofessionalism. Secondly, they are very rude in their behaviour. They will promise to help you in every stage of your deal but later, when they just disappear and re-appear, at the end, at the time of taking their commission and you ask that why didn't they do their job as promised, they will start fighting with you till the time you don't pay them their undeserving money.
I had a very bad experience in dealing with them and I feel I have been defrauded. Guys, it's your hard earned money, please don't trust these people with that. You will regret your decision, like me, for a long time in your life.
