★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All other projects in Faridabad have started working but only rps auia construction is not starting it's work...such long delay in possession...I am myself watching it since last yr no major change in the construction .now after covid they will take more time to give possession and after afterwards they will get another excuse of winter n pollution ..and others...why does the buy suffer.pathetic progress in at the construction site. Don't waste your hard earned mony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class Society in Faridabad. High Maintenance charges, Poor electricity management, poor parking management and water logging happens every year during rainy seasons. Builders looted us by attracted and fake promises.

actual load of power needed 14mw given to us 2mw
We are paying for club house but he has not given club house
Our basement is filled with rain water on every rain
He is fraud and understand only language of jail and money .
Please don't invest or buy this builder flat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rps builder is a fraudster. Rps savana sec 88 residents are struggling for basic amenity like electricity. Builder has given lollipop by giving mere small amount of electricity which is nothing for big society like rps. Water logging in basement is another issue. RPS is Thug of Hindustan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RPS has not fulfilled its commitment on earlier project. Not completed club, swimming pool, has inadequate electricity supply and power back up. Builder can't be trusted. New investors avoid unless they want to suffer like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rps actually doesn’t deserve a single star even. It is the worst builder ever seen in my life. Kindly refrain yourself from buying flat in any of this builders project. They are fraud cheaters. They looted my money. Construction quality is so so so poor that plasters fall down all the time. There is no electricity. All day long tripping happens , my electronic item got damaged due to frequent power fluctuations and it is not 10 or 20 times but 40-50 times or may be more than that a day. Required power is 14mw and they have not given even 2mw. There is no basic amenities forget about modern amenities. No clubhouse, bad children’s park infact only one children’s park in such a big society, no visitors car park, also society not well maintained ( you will see garbages at every corner, thrown here and there near the Central Park) , water logging in the basement during rainy season. So so so so so many problems in this society. I am paying such huge maintenance charge for my 3+1 bhk and getting nothing but a guard and garbage collector only these two facilities. It is a waste of your hard earned money to spend in any project made by this builder. Please refrain yourself from buying any flat made by RPS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RPS Builder is Fraud. No Electricity Infrastructure in RPS Savana for 5 years. Not much greenery in terms of the number of the flats. NO Club, Swimming pool. Outside Plaster is falling off from the building everyday. Please don't waste your money by booking anything in RPS.
