★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 3 bedroom flat in RPS SAVANA, sector 88, Faridabad. The design of the flat is good with good airflow and sunlight. But the builder has not applied for required load of electricity nor provided required number of generators. The supply of electricity is erratic and trips frequently. In one day it trips atleast 50 to 60 times. While there will be light in all the societies nearby only RPS Savana would be in dark most of the times. We are having ACs only as show-pieces as not able to use them due to unavailability of required power load. We are being charged heavy maintenance and electricity charges but not being provided required electricity or other facilities like club, swimming pool etc as promised by him. Another big problem is that sewage water leaks in basement parking area and sewage water along with rain water stagnate in the basement causing great risk to the structure and also inconvenience and health problems to the residents.
We regret having purchased a flat in RPS Savana where living has become miserable due to frequent tripping of electricity resulting in damage of costly electrical appliances like Fridge, TV, Washing machine etc and being unable to use AC during hot summers. Hence one should think twice before putting his/her hard earned money in purchasing a flat from RPS Builder's who seem to utilise the money collected from the flat owners for other purposes than providing the basic needs of the residents. Don't fall prey to the false promises of RPS Builder's.
