2. Central Park, Gym and security
3. Grocery shops within society
4. Rooms are quite Good in size
Cons-
1.Bad Electricity supply through Genset ,No DBVN Connection yet
2. No dedicated visitor parking
3. Monkey/ Dogs infested
4.No Gas pipeline, works will start in next month

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of best apartment to live in Delhi NCR. Great space for kids and family, many well maintained parks, two stage safety checks.All festivals are celebrated like a well big family. Main clubs and swimming pools are under construction and will be adding the good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of People giving fake Review, may be they are property broker or they want to sell out their property in RPS.
1. Location is far away from city, approaching roads are pathetic, full of dust and completely broken roads.
2. Build quality : poor
3. Power: worst, most of the time on generator, you can not use heavy appliances like AC. Rest you can imagine.
4. Other facility : ok
5. Specious rooms and Park
But load shedding is huge, you can not sleep in Nights. Not a good place to Live.

Well maintained and secured.

Small commercial market for daily needs. Decent size club house. Only approach or sector roads need some attention by the local authorities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ever shift to RPS SAVANA, Major issue of load shedding, most of the flats have 1kv of load on DG. your ac won't work. Be ready to face the heat when you try to sleep. I am writing this post at 2 a.m. each and every day you will face the same problem. To increase the KV, your landlord will demand a price of 60 K.
