Scissors broke on the second use , just snapped from the tip while cutting a neonatal intestine. Recovered the broken piece after a lot of difficulty.
Sent pictures to the owner. Assured replacement. This was 18th of March. Soon after that there was the lockdown.
Contacted on 19th June after lockdown. Claimed that the instrument was despatched. Doesn't provide consignment number.Finally said that parcel got lost. Also - "First no our responsibility of any breakages".
Small matter. You may ignore this and purchase things from them but do not believe when he says it is his responsibility.
