โ โ โ โ โ Unproffesional staff. We showed few pics of what kind of sarees we want. They showed us something similar which we did not like and began to leave. The staff (old person) became very angry and started thorwing sarees away into shelves and started talking behind our back "เฐตเฑเฐณเฑเฐฒเฑ เฐเฑเฐจเฑ เฐฐเฐเฐ เฐเฐพเฐฆเฑ, เฐฎเฐพ เฐเฑเฐ เฐตเฑเฐธเฑเฐเฑ" "these are not buying customers, they waste our time". Talking behind customers' back is the most unacceptable/disrespecful. We are not obliged to buy just because you showed us. I don't know if owner knows this or not. Old and emotionally unstable staff should not be allowed these places and must be shifted to other departments. No wonder shopping is moving towards online platform day by day.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a great shopping experience in RS brothers. But Some support staff memebers (alteration department stiching area) does not have patience to answer the questions raised by visitors.

โ โ โ โ โ They offered trolly bag if I shop for 15k by speaking with some sales person ..BUT after shopping for 25k they are telling clearly how that offer is not applicable for me... ask for offers CLEARLY if any, before you shop.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been to the RS Brothers countless times , the total building is air conditioned , the staff were obedient the overall atmosphere was good and much crowded during festival times , the overall collections were amazing , I suggest to give a visit once if planning for any occasion
