Reason - Their unprofessional, unanswerable attitude !!
They literally wasted my 3 days after making fake commitments.. On day 1.. Mr. Ranjeet Singh told me that he would visit the site in half an hour n didnot show up.. not answered my calls.. i did wait for their site visit.. nobody came n didnot evn send a msg for not showing up.. Next day, i got a call.. that they couldnt come n now they wil come.. and came after 2 hours of the commitment..
When their staff came.. The guy showed me 2 samples of the grass..i told them about my choice of grass on phone as well in person.. i.e. 35 mm.. he showed me 2 samples.. out of which one he told me was 35 mm one ( obviously i trusted them n didnot crosscheck by measuring )..
after some negotiation and all.. we fixed the price of 35 mm grass to be Rs.60 per sq feet including the labour charges and fixed a time slot for the next day , on which the work was supposed to be done..
On the very next day, jst 2 hours prior to the time decided when they were supposed to visit n do the work.. their staff texted me and said the grass which i had chosen was actually 25 mm and not 35 mm.. and i had to pay extra amount for 35 mm one..
I called the owner who nevers picks the call on 1st very try.. so after trying for good 7-8 times.. he answered .. didnot even listen to me properly.. jst said that he would call me back in 5-10 mins.. and since then.. it's already been around 4 hours .. he has not called back.. not even answering my calls..
My point is why do u people make commitments when u can't fulfill that..
Stop wasting other's precious time Mr. Ranjeet Singh..
Never choose RS enterprises for any kind of service !
