β β β β β Almost nothing is there except the booking counter and behind the counter, a place to sit. One toilet is there, but it is always dirty and cannot be used. This is the booking office of RSRTC for AC and deluxe buses, so govt should provide atleast facilities comparable to AC fare and the standard of people travelling.
Very disappointing!!

β β β β β If you have trouble purchasing bus tickets online (such as on redbus.in) since you have a foreign credit card and are reluctant to use your debit card online, you'll have to purchase bus tickets at the ticket office. The ticketing office for the RSRTC is just a stones throw away from the main bus station. Refer to the photos a previous reviewer has shared. The ticketing office is a tiny inconspicuous booth (there is a small red sign above the ticketing window) adjacent to the Sheetal Inn. Let me be clear that it is not a pleasant location. We struggled to communicate with the lone elderly gentleman who mans this booth. He called upon a tuk tuk driver to help to communicate/translate between us. This is also where the bus picks you up. If you can, do take the Volvo buses which are newer and purported to be more comfortable. Due to our schedule limitations, we went for the 6:30am bus from Agra to Jaipur in a not so stellar coach bus...and that's putting it rather kindly.

β β β β β Place is really hard to find. It's a small run down window facing the street next to Sheetal Inn. The clerk is amicable but doesn't know Spanish. He was concerned when we tried to book a bus at 4am and found the way to let us know that it would be hard for us to find a way to get there at that time since Tok-toks or Ubers are not available that early. There is no place to sit or wait.

β β β β β Its lil bit hard to find this place as on gps also no proper location but the service i got it from RSRTC volvo was good 4 hrs. It took me from AGRA to JAIPUR.
