They act like working in a samosa or a bhajia shop rather than an institution. Neither any commitments, nor any norms followed. They hired my sister as a PGT and on the first day, they changed their stance and refused their own commitment.
Be aware if you are also looking to work in this bhajia shop. I have been working too since last few years and never ever witnessed such kind of unprofessionalism in a school.
What will they teach their students if the management lacks integrity and probity itself?
