★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That we had transferred the ownership registration of a car PB27C8363 from kharar to mohali & all fee /condition/ formalities are full filled. after acknowledgement slip issuance the RC is not delivered yet at the given adhar adress after two months till date. No body is here to register a complaint at the help line. A Bogus/ help less/ irresponsible help line which of no use & even not giving complaint no. is working for the punjab people to harras them. Help line asking to resubmitt the Fee for the duplicate RC & earlier issued can,t be resissue again. What a RTO Mohali. Amazing just to harras people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Experience, Challan timings are Mon to Thursday (friday they dont work for challans I guess) 9am to 12 PM.
First, you need to get a token, which starts early, had reached RTA at 8.40 AM, got in line, must have been 30 guys ahead of me. By 9.40 I was out with Challan paid and docs received, place is neat and clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place ever ,,, if there is a hell on earth it is mohali rto office ... I gave a cng enforcement on may 10 th 2021.... till now i cannot get my rc ..... Dispatch return in mohali rto office but not given by office staff. They misguided everybody. Staff is too lazy to work. Nobody guide you rightly. mohali rto office phone number in google also wrong .. I visited here 5 times (5 days salary deduction from my job work also) to get my rc. Even nobody meets at their seat 103 chamber no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working hours are from 9-12. Only one desk for a long line of people who want to pay challan fees. First you get a token from the long line if your documents have reached here. Then you stand in another line to pay the fine. It is inefficient, horrid, and a horrible way of doing anything. Your License might take a long time to reach there. One month is the minimum time. Not a good place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the management of the Punjab police . I went there at 9.30 a.m. and I got the token by 11.30 . Then I went to pay the challan . So overall it took my whole day for this process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited just to get details related to RC tranfer Tax and fees and it will take 3 hours as counter no.1 tranfer me to no room no-103 but no one was there and then again counter-1 asked me to visit room no-136 but no one was there too.
This is what due to which privatisation is required and this type of babushahi should get ban. No one is taking care of public and their time too. Visiting means wastage of time. And govt. Is announcing that punjab is growing. Yes growing but towards lower diriction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was very poor here. You have to wait for a couple of hours to get your challan payment done and get back your documents. Moreover they work only 9 am to 12 pm from Monday to Friday. Always there is rush. Totally time waste.if you want to get back your documents after payment of challan then reach this place before 9 am. Else you will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had applied Learner license for my daughter on 29-07-2021 and after fill all the term and norms we get message Successfully issued new Learner License with number from department but still we are waiting for physical license from department. For enquiry there is no phone number or any help line method for this type of issue. we get too much harassment by this government department even we cannot apply new License without Learner license.
