★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible and irregularities in work by whole RTO and lots of agents roming around premise asking to generate licence at higher rates.
Authorities have no control over these agents due to this corruption has increased in RTO over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though new RTO building construction is ongoing, RTO Ahmedabad has managed to work as efficient as possible. I'm giving 4 star because of lack of guidance to be provided by the RTO helpdesk to general people regarding the processes. There's a room for improving the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to run around from counter to counter, this is the best place to do it. Period. We had all the documents to get registraitons transferred, and my father went there to get it done. On day one, they said documents are incomplete and they need an affidavit. On day two, they said the address was wrong, and when he rewrote according to their format, they asked to come the next day. On day three, the man on the counter was absent. On day four, the man on the counter was on another counter and asked my father to wait for one hour while the person on the other counter returns. If he wanted, he could have simply taken the documents, but no. It has been 3 hours now, and he's still there and not accepting our documents. By now, you already know what they want and the reason of harrassing us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the bad news RTO office is in generally, i must say there is a solid system at present. Though there is a huge backlog of various services, RTO has given very good service. They have tried to make it very convenient system for people and given right information so their work is completed with minimum trouble. I applied for renewal of DL on 5th May and i was given license on 7th May as i needed original copy for outstation travel. Authorities didn't question the genuine requirement and try provided good support to ensure i get my license a week before i required it. I must thank Mr
Parmar who granted my request and other staff who guided me to meet him to attend my request. Very good experience. Thank you.

There are multiple agents standing outside the Ahmedabad RTO gate who are offering the candidate to PASS four wheeler driving test exam prior to get in also at the time of exit they are asking that if you failed then we can help you :) to get PASS without exam.
These should be stopped as without appearing for exam; One could be the reason for someone (Injured or Death)
Also don't stop your vehicle outside the Ahmedabad RTO for any unknown. They can mislead you. So you can ask security person to guide you in case of need.

Despite following above process you need to wait in queue for your number. ?
