★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jhalana RTO office is one of the Jaipur most popular RTO. Recently most of RTO activities has been made available Online. This portal is very convenient and help in reducing your depending on out side shops of consultants. The total time required at office has also reduced drastically. There was no que.
Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has been providing necessary support for this online portal.
Good to know that technology is helping all stack holders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is doing their best to serve the people for transport services. But the issue is documentation of procedures, work flows and process to be followed by individuals for availing the service. In the absence of this documentation, common people suffer lot and its advantage is taken by brokers sitting all around. Backend provided by NIC is good but protocol or IT procedures are not synced between MoRTH, GoI and Transport, GoR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Something different from other RTO is that when you stop your vehicle no agent comes to you for making his commission. This thing make it little convenient and you will not feel irritate. Else almost everything is same as other RTOs.
If you want your work done then your being bargaing expert is must and if you are not then try asking price to 5-6 agents(advisors).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's OK, nothing too great. There are plenty of people outside who would do the license work just for a little extra money. Imagine all this happening right outside the rto. Corruption at its peak in genhlot rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no clear direction regarding where the relevant department/office is. There is no system of queue, so getting any work done is chaotic. The staff does not guide about what to do next or where to go next (you will have to keep asking). And the agents, like flies, keep hovering around you, even when you have explicitly refused their services (although the RTO, it seems, gives preference to the agents). Even if you have all the required documents in place and have done all the needful, be prepared to at least spend a couple of hours.
