★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is government office which gives driving license for vehicles but faculties there are of very bad behavior. If you came here for applying for driving license with an agent they treat you very well and not left you with no problem but if applied by yourself without an agent nobody there gives you right advices for completing whole process except few person and if you ask them they say it's not our work to explain thing and left you with problems and cause Soo much inconvenience to you and lastly not wanting to you go for an agent .They only need is money from you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going from kota, there is an new underpass, no need to take a u turn from next cut.
RTO aane ke just pehle ek board pe RTO likha hai, jiske aage, bridge ke neeche cut hai. Google maps u turn lene ko kehta hai, don't, just take the service lane and use under pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online experience was quite good at RTO Kota, I went for Driving License Renewal. very easy steps.
Step 1: Apply online, upload document, make payment(400Rs) and schedule appointment.
Step 2: Go to RTO, verify the document and photo formality ( both are done in less than 5 minutes ☺️☺️☺️)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience of taking automated driving test. Not much waiting time. People on counter helpful.
Overall smooth experience.
Test itself is automated. Nobody in the car apart from driver. Various steps for car test are
1) PP parallel parking
2) 8 - Driving in 8 shape
3) H - Here reversing a car is tested
4) Slope - car needs to be completely stopped on the upslope, then started ensuring that it does not go back more than 6 inch
(See attached pic to understand the track)
Drive within the white lines and ok to make couple of mistakes. Be aware of time also as whole track should be completed in 7 mins.
