★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went RTO Office for renewal of my DL, there is no facility of water and air for persons where they have to be in que for 2-2 hours for their photos before RTO officials. Moreover, officials of RTO misbehave with public despite realising appropriate fee for work . There is no care of people by RTO officials. The people are behaved in so manner ai if thy were slaves of RTO Officials. There is need to provide facility of water and air where the people are in que and also in behaviour of officials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is ok but the rest of it that is around it is bad. I went to one of the shops that teaches motorcycle riding and car driving. there the manager openly says that if the woman in the department does not sanction your request for a driving licence then you can come to me and give me some money. I will personally convince her and she will allow you to have your driving licence. Corruption is rampant in this area. however when I went and talked to some of the authorities who were sitting inside the RTO building, they requested me to do the whole procedure of application online. Once that is done then the process begins. This place is almost outside the city. It is not very difficult to locate the RTO office but it is a bit inside that is not on the main road. you can take an auto from govardhan chauraha and ask him to take you to the new RTO office and not the old one. David 10 to 15 rupees and transport you. after that you have to turn left and walked for a bit and then you can ask anybody and they will show you where to go.
