The place is dirty and dusty probably because a large number of heavy vehicles come for fitness certificate.
My experience here was much better than RTO of pune city. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Either learn driving and have your own vehicle or have your contacts with them. Otherwise you will end up in paying more then the amount required for licence.
The time required for the process is not so long, if you have bad luck and gone there at lunch time then only you need to wait longer otherwise it take normal time. Just one thing I will advice is that do not take much time between your learning licence and permanent licence .If you think you need early then apply for the permanent licence in the same day or in one or two days after.
