★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No work happen without the broker (DALAL), staffs are very much non cooperative, they only entertain the brokers even the officers also. My Bike NOC is pending since 2016 without any valid reason. Most corrupted place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without the help of broker you will not be able to do even a single thing even paying road tax will require a broker if you go by yourself they ask you many papers but if you go by broker they bypass it and only last payment receipt is required

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Corrupted government office i ever scene . You can not pass a single test without broker .The brokers are involved with the rto employees . They just charge you extra money money if you don't do anything properly all by yourself .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RTO needs urgent privatisation just like Passport Office.
Government officials here are super lazy. They were playing with emoji’s on WhatsApp instead of doing work.
They follow their own process which is documented nowhere apart from their own fancy minds. Sometimes they ask for Aadhar, sometimes for Voter ID. It all depends on their mood.
There are long queues everywhere. All Covid guidelines have been thrown out of window.
It should be called Brokers office instead if Regional Transport Office. No work gets done if you don’t consult broker. Some brokers are goons who even after taking money don’t get the work done and show arrogance.
I have seen RTO offices in other states but i am sad to say that my home RTO office is the worst.
There is so much of scope for process improvements. Please consult me if you need more feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all those who have stated here that a single work cant be done without the help of a broker all are frustrated in their life. Everything can be done. You just need to know the correct way to do the work.. I myself stay in durgapur and have done lots of work myself.. It is just that u guys don't have the patience to stand in line and do the work.. So u guys are taking brokers/intermediate.
