the level of this thing is as Agents are moving inside office premise.
And they can go inside without any queue.
But you have to wait outside.
you will definitely stuck in n numbers of Procedures and if you are a normal person
Probably you will give up.
When you enter in this area you will feel like it is a dalaal street.
Do you want your driving license??
So, let me? inform you how will you get it.
1. Some important things you have to carry to cyber-cafe + DTO are:
•Your recent passport size photographs
•Pan and Aadhar card (original+photocopy)
•Photo copy of 10th passing certificate?
•Blood group?️ test certificate
2. You have to register online for driving learning license. Which you can do from any cyber-cafe or the store? near Biskoman Bhavan.
3. Then after take the receipt? go upstairs let the officer?♂️ check your documents.
4. Go to window pay the bill? ( amount depends upon the type of vehicle?️ you choose to get license of ) give a smile near camera?, take the receipt, visit once again after recommended days, get your original learning license.
5. Within the limited date visit to DTO office again register for driving license, by first visiting to cyber-cafe and then to upstairs.
6. Go the mentioned place at accurate⌚ time, give your test( by driving vehicle in a 30 by 30 feet area and answer to some questions about traffic sign). Take your receipt? go back home and wait for driving license.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office is in good condition but staff are typical Govt. Employee. No manner to talk to the public, service is also very poor. Broker are everywhere in the office. Guard, peon, clerk all are broker. All are taking money to do your work. Very worst experience. On the day of visit DTO didn't come till 12 o'clock. Don't know when our system will improve.
Counter 10 & 11 for RC book related work like dehypothication and address change.
