★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most congested government office. Hardly any space for customers to even form a queue. No elevator. Rented premises. Ramshackle building. Located on 3rd and 4th floor. Probably generates maximum revenue for the State after Excise. Its a wonder the staff maintain their cool. Except for the usual one odd rude guy, have found all the staff to be helpful. Oh, please discount the dirty money they generate from driving tests and commercial vehicles. Probably due to pressure from up above. Ha! Hope they move to a much more spacious premises and at ground level and handicapped friendly. Only cash. Despite being a government department and despite the Digital India program, card or mobile payment not accepted. And surprise surprise, no parking space.
