And yellow arrow on road for directions was washed and not able to see clearly which direction it leads which results drive in wrong and get fail... No support from Jagdish driving school too...

I wanted to give -5 ( negative 5) but that's not possible.
I really hate this place.
This place does not have any kind of positive response.
All members of the staff are such irritating.
No one will give a proper answer of what ever you asked for.
This is a government under place.
And i don't have to say what kind of expectation you should have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is okay..You get solution of your vehicle related queries, registration and Number.They initiallly help.But have some wish to get something in back(Gift: money for tea).They not talk directly about it.For RC BOOK dispatch as per them it take around 15-20 days after detail come to them and when they send.So totally we have to run in respect to 1 month.
Outside of the RTO at some distance many signs on road we can see that is made by driving school persons.To make their students to learn about parking and all.As per my view this thing should be done but not nearer to RTO office as here many vehicles come for passing or any other query.As time pass it may make difficulty to other person whether knowingly or unknowingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had her board practicals today that was the reason she was late for the computer based exam of driving license. The reason was valid reason for her being late for the test but the staff really misbehaved with her which wasn't acceptable. Hope you show some respect towards the citizens and take actions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and All RTO related services are now online, and if any query or questions so it's easy and convenient to reach to RTO office and ask them to get solutions. Parking spaces and basic facilities available for visiting person.
For all work prior appointment is must. As government has decided to bring all services online, it's best to the interest of public.
If anyone has issues with handling online filling or appointment from Website, there are many consultant and shops that help out to complete the tasks.
Prefer to have original and one Xerox copies of all mandatory documents on hand before visiting RTO.
I have been there for Converting my Petrol car to CNG and it's done on the spot in just half an hour. The inspection team checked the car and Asked some basics and gave approval.
Satisfied.
