β β β β β Went for learner driving licence.
No one will give proper information where to start queue, submit documents etc. Full of agents. Government staffs are ok, at least provide the services.
No proper queue management. It took around 4-5 hours to complete the process, I was 2nd in the queue.
Queue starts from 10:30 AM, office starts operating from 11:30 AM.

β β β β β Place to get your new vehicle registration and old vehicles fitness registration.
Process of registration are very simple
Day 1 : come with your vehicle and they will check chassis number and engine number written on paper matches with that of the vehicle. Tats it once done you can leave the place.
Few days later :, you'll receive a call from your vehicle showroom for installation of number plate. Visit the rto and get it done.
But the process is simple but takes a lot of time. Officials are just hopeless they take money for everything. But rest all ok

β β β β β It's RTO office for Paschim Medinipur where number 34 is for private vehicles and number 33 for commercial vehicles.
The RTO office situated with DM office.
Buildings are quite old except the new DM office. It's a moderately high crowded area.
We can easily get snacks or chai here as a number of stalls are available. Also you can get accessories of car and bikes.

You should be aware from fraud ,many fraud person moving here and ask you to make your licence and ask for money .so be carefull about this thing .
For licence two wheeler booked your LL slot from online and download a question bank from parivahan portal and clear the exam its quite easy so don't waste money for giving the exam by other.
All types of service available under the section like cyber ,hotel,rest zone .
