★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to change my parent's name i.e from my mother's name to my father's name but the RTO of Mall road just denied to do so and said it is only done online.
I just wanted to ask,
What's the use of R.T.O when every thing is being done online and we(common citizen) can't do anything online in sarathi.parivahan website, we have to unwillingly pay double and triple money for the same work outside to the driving schools,etc who has the access to the login account in sarathi.parivahan website.
So I would really like this message to go to the highest possible post of government and they could get some highlight of the middlemen who takes advantage of our hopelessness of not being able to do anything online for driving licence related services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before coming to RTO huge recommendtion pls carry 4-5 K rupees to give to agents because no one is there to behave properly first.. And secondly they will reject your application, by saying no survey shameless people,.... Truth of govt sector whole chain to trap a middleclass by dalla community

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hygiene in toilet mostly you can say they are broken and no water supply also being a goverment off no thermal screening and sanitaization available at enterance and usually crowded people are least bothered in wearing mask on my visit I found this hope it can help you and authorities as mayor house is just 200 meter that's a maximum distance I beleive it is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working starts after 9:30 and paid parking available outside the premises in 40rs for 2 Hr after that 10rs per hour, nice staff and can get help by paying convinience fee to the person roaming outside the premises to avoid again and again visit and spend on fuel and fare, so get it done by nearby available services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The authority is located near mall road. The opening hours are 8.30am onwards. You can take online appointments between 8:45am to 1pm, but the office staff comes after only after 9:15am. The place is just like any other govt office - looks good from outside but is opposite in terms of infrastructure/ facilities. Washrooms are poorly maintained. Parking outside is very limited and might be a struggle if you come late here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great. Everything worked out as smoothly as possible. There's a cyber cafe as well near it if you want to get some documents printed out but the cost is heavy @ ₹10 b/w.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although everything is shifting to online platforms, visiting the RTO is still hassle free. As per my experience, everyone was really polite and helpful. Do keep in mind that everyone there is busy so it takes a little bit of time to get the work done but good service overall! Their phone number- 1076
