★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RTO Passing Officer behaviour and argument about inspection show he is corrupt officer, agent marking form easily approve, other one should be 100% follow the rules, and he didn't explain any rules, some of which i observ
Steplar all document, need chessis no on form 26, now client must have to find pencil and print chessis no, two side mirror compulsary for old vehicle
Side light and break light must be ok, there are many fault which he can find and, you must have to come again and again

Staff is so rude , don’t have sense how to talk
My appointment time was 11:00 am, I reached there at 11:00 am, but I have to wait for more than 1 & half hours, the RTO officer came at 12:40 pm, if officer comes after 12 pm give us a 12 pm appointment, things like this should be solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An RTO is an RTO, in my case/visit, the officials I interacted with were helpful with the queries I had. Thankfully, I knew the concerned department, and the exact nature of work required there. The visit was smooth.
Sometimes, it's a hassle to get your work done in a single visit, if you don't have clarity on how to go about it.
Note that, all payment transactions happen online and its like that since 2018.
Also, ensure, your payment gets through, if it gets stuck/shows paid on your account but failed to hit their system/shows transaction cancelled - technically the transaction is not a green on either side, trust me, you will run in circles to get a refund from them.
First things first, there is no refund process as such there. They will ask you to go from one counter to another, ultimately asking you contact your bank. The refund process is not at their end.
Purely my personal opinion, it's always helpful to have an informed agent, by your side, more sensible to pay an agent, get the job done save yourself time/energy/efforts/hassle/headache and have a piece of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well Built but zero ratings for its maintenance. Everywhere i look just saffron splits representing their state govt colour I guess.
All documentation work was hassle free. Driving test was simple just relax and give your best. Take diesel hatchback car so you can work out on clutch itself.
Good Luck and make sure you get approved Learner's permit before booking slot for DL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was not so good. If you plan to visit or wanna take test, visit after 12 only. As 3 times i have taken morning appointment and there was no power or low voltage and you have to roam there for 2 to 3 hrs and if power come these is internet connection issue.
They have systematic setup but still there is some improvement required plus the staffs are somewhat supportive.
