★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to most Indian government offices, Staff is not at all punctual and love to boss around also RUDE; They do not help so you might as well ask a lay person if you need help. They use out dated systems. Everything is so slow. And the structure is not well maintained, it's gloomy, hot and has disgusting walls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has got to be one of the worst government department ever.
They need to change the staff, who look disinterested in doin their jobs. They enjoy making people move from one counter to the other. There's always a line , because there will be just one inspector on job.
One lady staff was shouting at an elderly woman because she didn't have proper docs. The uncle at the entry counter has a standard 10-12 days answer for every document.
They need to have a system like the one for passports. Make everything online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First.. when I was to surrender my old Driving License, one of the staffs told me that the photo on my new DL can be changed for which I have to pay INR 480.00.
Now, when I actually went to surrender it, they are telling they cannot update new photo even when I'm ready to pay for it. Why??? Staffs are not trained to do their work? How come such uninterested people are being recruited?
