★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I planned a special visit to hold, feel and decide to buy it after all research. Who knew that such a brand would have utmost ill-mannered, stupid sales girl who kept looking at my wrist from the moment I walked in the door to see what watch I was wearing! No eye contact, no greeting, no smile just kept oscillating her eye balls with my swinging arms. When I confronted her, she was dumbfounded, no response. No word from her mouth. Oh god, it was terrible. The sales lady was awful. The man on the other hand had no interest to sell. Did not utter a word only handed over the watched that I pointed too. It was the worst experience at a luxury boutique. Oh, they also had Ulysse Nardin. How?!! Been to Tag, Rolex & Carl F Bucherer boutiques in Sydney, Singapore and Colaba but this was the worst. They should be stripped off their license to sell. Ethos is good, glad I got my watches from them and will continue to.
