β β β β β Poorly maintained common washrooms and then they claim to be the state of the art facility.
They have just mentioned on the wall about rights of patients but will not let you avail it. Had to right an application to get reports that too took a lot of time and no clinical summary was given. Counselling is just a formality. Doctors will either not come or come for few seconds.
Doctors donβt refer the clinical history even if the patient has admitted for the second time.
Poor/no communication from one department to another.
Slow discharge process.
And at the end doctors/ management wonβt take the ownership.

β β β β β Great hospital grown out of proportion. Over-staffed, mismanaged, gap in communication between departments. Left hand doesn't know what right is doing. Accept digital payment but rest of the paperwork is manual and hand written. Assistant doctors and so called nurses more focused on doing paper based homework than assisting customers/patients or doctors.
Staffed knowledge is outdated in terms of hospital rules and regulations.
Only best part, doctors are great ! ?
You definitely burn a lot of calories running between departments ;)

Detailed explanation.
1.very expensive hospital.
2.Testing facilities like USG,MRI etc give date for testing. It's take much more time
3.Only staff nurses do their job honestly other staff is careless.
4.Some Doctors never visit patient after surgery.
5.Resident doctor visit the patient.
6.Billing Processing is very slow.
7.one day spent in processing of discharge.

β β β β β One of the worst places to visit for anything, either test or visa services. Pathetically slow. No system for anything. You need to keep running round and round for small things.
Only hospital who needs rapid antigen test to go inside a hospital, like seriously. Just a way to mint money. Half of the attendents are very rude, like they own the place.
Being the only clinic for visa medicals they are taking full advantage, as they know no other place offers the same. Thus too much arrogance and slow service.

β β β β β Excellent treatment. Doctors are good and they talk with patients and family members very politely. Nurses and cleaning staff is well managed and they take very good care of the patients. One star less for the money they charge. Bills were very high so if you do not have insurance be prepared to accept high bills until patient is discharged. Overall a very good service and I would certainly recommend this hospital to all having insurance.

Waiting time too much. Had appointment at 1PM and got to visit doctor at 4PM. Staff letting MRs visit doctors in patientβs visiting time. Either give appointment timings late or donβt even give appointments on that day. Like whereβs management in it. Also they got no process for patients feedback.
Doctors are good though!!

β β β β β Very Important:
1) This is one of the most expensive hospital in pune with one of the worst management.
2) If you have Mediclaim never disclose your cover amount
3) Management (?) will pressurise you to deposit certain amount until they get initial approval and if you pay under pressure forget your money for next 45 days even after approval
4) Room allotment process is terrible
5) Room rent is too much against the quality and facilities
6) Check your beds/ pillow before using as you may see bedbugs
7) Monitor the line of treatment/ lab tests / medicines closely as the average expenses for private AC room here is 30k per day and ICUs can drain your life savings.
8) Senior doctors in ruby hall has ego/ attitude issues. They call hospitalised patients to their OPD moreover they keep them waiting instead of visiting them in the room
9) Dr sends their assistant ( Few are manner less) for patient visits and avoid meeting them personally
10) Parking charges are too much do not park your car inside
Moral of the story - stay away from this so called top hospital of India.
