★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was having a stroke on 3/2/2022 she was admitted at ruby hall wanowrie at around 1:30 am where she was immediately decided by the so called butcher doctor Bhushan Bari to put 2 stems. and at morning 6: 28 she passed away on 4/2/2022 where there were no doctors available only 1 resident doctor for so many patients in ICU, plus no they didn’t know how to do proper CPR and were very casual where we informed the nurse that mummy pulse was dropping she said it was normal fir pulse to drop. In short plz avoid Ruby hall wanowrie as there are no experience Dr available at night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I done my Laprocopic gallstones surgery here last week, Dr Dinesh Jain done the surgery and he was fantastic. He was outstanding and so was the overall service provided by Ruby Hall Wanowrie. Daniel at the casualty reception was polite and so were the sister's on shift throughout the day and night. The general ward is clean and serves you food time to time. They just need to work on keeping the men's toilets clean and odour free. Else everything was good and thank you Ruby Hall Wanowrie for all your service ??☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is not satisfactory. Will not suggest this hospital to anyone who wants pay using insurance. My Dr and all nursing staff is really good but billing department is behaving like they are doing "upkar" on patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing experience. My dad was admitted with heart attack, he had to be given immediately angioplasty! From the moment we entered the hospital everyone like the staff and nurses were so good! We had requested for Dr. Bari Bhushan to do Dad's angioplasty! And he was an absolute Gem of a person!! He immediately proceeded and came to the hospital in no time! The entire process was a bit overwhelming as it was so fast! But the way Doctor handled Dad and spoke to him and made him at ease, made us at ease as well! I thank the Lord for helping this experience to be one of the first in our family and that it went so smooth. Doctor is definitely very skilled and did an amazing job! The operation needed to be fast as he had 2 blocks in his heart one was 99% blocked and other 80%. But Doctor finished it in 30 mins! Even the dietitian, took very good care and the food was amazing! Thankyou to Him and Ruby hospital for the great care taken!

Hospital is maintained excellently. No problems for patients. Thanks to Management Team for giving greatest service to the patients.
All the staff are very polite and helpful,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is from the second wave. The ICU staff is incompetent and treat patient and relatives as livestock. I've lost someone very dear to me due to their ignorance. The senior doctors are professionals but the doctors under them had a very high opinion of themselves. No Patient Care! I wouldn't name names but anyone whose loved ones were admitted in ICU during the second wave (April/May 2021) knows what I'm talking about. I understand that the hospital's staff and nursing staff were overburdened but that doesn't mean you can allow it as an excuse for patient care. The tough times showcase the real thing underneath the mantle. This hospital showed no empathy and cared even less for their patients. That's their true self. No patient care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this hospital at all cost. There are better hospitals in the vicinity. No patient care. The meter runs non stop with a pace you can't even imagine. HOD of ICU is humble but the other ICU doctors are just doing there shifts and killing their time. The nursing staff is incompetent. They are in the life saving business, and they are very poor at it. Obviously not all doctors are the same, but this hospital has a tarnished reputation for some reason. Recently, organ transplant licence was revoked from their oldest branch for some kind of scam. It's all over the news. All in all, there are better doctors and services available elsewhere. Stay away from this one. Don't regret later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really a patient friendly hospital.. you are treated so well here. Not only the patient but even his known ones. My uncle got admitted here few days back for fracture fixation. The quality of care he got was absolutely beyond expectations. May it for the treatment and discussion about the best option for his medical care or for the diet or physiotherapy.
We are really touched with the services provided. Specially food n patient care and counselling what they give is something they really focus here.
I surely recommend this hospital for anyone who’s looking for the best medical care in Maharashtra.?
