★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were.quick to receive me. Their tech was out, but as soon as he came he took my printer in hand. Within ten minutes he told me what was wrong and needed fixing. On getting my order, he fixed the printer in ten minutes! He then took a test print in my presence. O was surprised.at the speed of everything once I finished the formalities. Exceptional service!

I know this place since 2003 when I visited them first time.
Pros: well established service center in Mumbai Suburb Andheri East, Mogra pada.
Using all high tech machines to work on chip level soldering and changing chips etc.
Almost all types of computers can be repaired.. PC, lpatops, iMac, Macbooks, printers, scanners, HDD, CD/DVD drives.. almost everything related to computer.
Cons : service charges are quite high.

My experience with this service center was good, i have got my services within 4 days even after it was lockdown situation. If you have all the details they need you will get your job done in very short time period. Staff is professional, polite, Experienced and Co-operative it includes technical as well as functional team. Thank You.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really care less for the concern and issue of people. I went their to fix my laptop I was assured that they will try to fix it by next day. But the next day I been told it can't be repair.I have brought acer laptop just few months ago and since I spill water on keyboard and keys were not working. They said it will be considered as out of warranty. What's applauded me is that they can't get keyboard for a laptop which was recently out in market. I will highly recommend never to go for acer laptops. I had very gloomy experience with acer and after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s Canon’s authorized service centre too. Staff is helpful but you may have to push the reception staff to attend an issue quickly as they have the typical answers of leave the equipment and come tomorrow.
It’s a climb of 3 floors to reach the shop and there’s no parking available for atleast 500 mtrs radius

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried reaching them so many times after servicing i came to know one of my laptops up arrow key is not in proper placed they might have not installed properly. They just say the engineer who worked on your laptop is not in office he is out for customer visit we will get back to you, but nothing comes out. Now came to know why people go over there after there desktop or laptop service and they argue.
Acer should be looking after this issue if we are paying a lakh for laptop then the service should also best. Or else customer service is going down over there.
When I visited a customer was giving complaints about his desktop issues the engineer didn't worked on it properly. Not a single management person was there. I really didn't understand the customer service they serve over there.
If I get a chance to meet the higher management it would be better.
