★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lady needs to learn etiquettes to speak with people. She was extremely rude to my wife and over charged us on the one piece that we found at a half rate from a much better showroom than hers. On top of that her quality of products are extremely poor. BEWARE!

Ruchi herself is a NIFT topper and has been running her showroom for past 22 years She is so passionate, hard-working and knowledgeable about the designer dresses and gave us exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely recommend all brides looking for their Wedding Dress to go to Ruchi's for the Best Bride to be :) its definitely value for money.

The collection is beautiful with everything ranging from traditional sarees to Indo-Western sequin lehengas. Ruchi ensures that customers enjoy their experience and has wonderful conversations with them. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and I don't have a single complaint. Perfect fitting, great price, beautiful showroom, gorgeous designs. Would highly recommend!

The staff is very welcoming. They care for “what you really need” instead of “what they want to sell”. Each article they sell has a unique characteristic. I would say- “very classy”. We really appreciated that their products always exhibit “originality”. That’s why we always prefer to go back to them. Of course, they will also tell you upfront on the delivery deadlines (unlike others).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ November 2016, store was newly opened. Had booked 3 dresses worth 75k. However, Ruchi's store failed to deliver. I had to sit for around 3 to 4 hours on my function day and had to leave because of their excuses. I remember how Madam Ruchi came to my place to deliver the worst stitched dresses. It was a total nightmare. I still regret why i didn't complain in consumer court because she came to me crying and feeling sorry for what happened but she ruined my money, my time and my image. I will never recommend this store because of their behaviour and very poor services.
Posting my comment as i got response that how i rated them so low when store is closed from past one month. If you want, i can give you the copy of receipt.
