★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wen we 1st visited the lab for test they had given us the hard which was not properly printed
But we thought we will take 2nd chance as they has name of metropolis which is very reputed lab
But this time
1stly they had given us package instead of individual test which was not conveyed to us
2ndly they had taken sample for cbc next day again and committed to give report til 4pm
But in the afternoon they called and informed that report will be ready after 6pm due to which my appointment with the doctor got postpone
And wen I tried calling the main (Prachi) person of the lab she diverted call to reception
We will not recommend this lab to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doubtful reports and service .. took 500rs for stool routine and occult blood and I got text of receipt of 250rs. Upon asking they return only 100rs.report is also not trust worthy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Namaste! First of all this rudhir diagnostic lab is illegal .
Secondly many of the patients have filed consumer complaints against this lab.
Owner named prachi jadhav is unefficient n uneducated lady.
Who loves to cheat all the people staying here at Navi Mumbai bcoz this city is not so developed and she easily cheats gavwale people just to earn extra money.
Just to clean her image she started giving free blood camps that is shibir. But no blood collected goes to reputed authenticated lab.she manipulates all the reports and give us fake reports.
Don't trust her.
She is big manipulator.
I do not recommend this lab to anyone. Stay away from such cheaters and manipulative practitioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unprofessional this centre is, while taking blood sample they just poked needle anywhere without searching for proper nerve, then charged extra amount that was not even mentioned in list, and when gave the reports it was in cheap print that was very difficult to read...how can such unprofessional centres are even running??? Strongly suggest don't go in this lab atleast...
