Taken 20 lacs for Indrapuram project in 2012 which is not returned from last 7 years. Case is with EOW Delhi Police and Saket court.
Don't fall in the trap of making any investment with them, they are professional fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is being run by frauds. Most of the CRMs resign in a short span as they know the owners are fraudsters. I booked a flat around 2 years back but there is no construction being done for my tower. Tried to meet Mr Sanjeev/Mukesh 100 times and even called them 1000 times, they are not ready to meet or even they are not picking up the call. They are not paying the EMI for the flats that were booked under subvention scheme.
I also came to know from the loaner bank that a lot of cases have been filed against this builder.
Mr Khurana has been arrested for duping people. Aquacasa project is completely shut off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware from this builder, none projects stands today which are completed and delivered by them. In most of legal forums they have frauduster cases against them from many many buyers. Institutions be it NCDRC, RERA, EOW, Police Station FIRs there are cases. Do your own research before taking any decision.
