★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired their services for interiors of my new house after getting a reference from a friend. They were highly unprofessional right from the beginning even though the upfront amount asked by them was paid. The designer was least interested in giving her inputs. She always sent her juniors and came to visit the site 3 months after the payment. There was no coordination between the team as one person suggested something and the other would have no idea about it.
They didn’t value the timeline that was given to me for delivery of furniture. Considering the price they charged me, the quality of the furniture was also not up to the mark.
The most off-putting part of the whole process was the designer not giving any input for the decor. They are merely furniture makers and not designers as they literally just designed everything taken from Pinterest.
I stalled my project halfway with them and I don’t recommend anyone to hire their services.
