He made sure we were making a right and informed decision. He explained the whole process of purchasing a resale flat and starting from day 1 until end of the deal he was proactive in every step and made sure the process is completed in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go to Rudra Real Estate...unless you have to experience one of the worst life period.
Nagesh is kind of a cheater. He takes the brokerage and leave you in a bad condition of the flat. If the owner does not live in the city, he cheats a lot with tenants, and then he neither helps to solve the issues nor receive calls. For tenants and families, I strongly recommend not to go to Rudra Real Estate.

Broker hasn't changed a bit...Still lying shamefuly... Just to correct you Mr. we were 6 boys living there for 1 year then 5 boys for next one year..(I hope you are not confused, we lived there from June 2018-June2020) You were the only one assured us that 6 people can live, though society allows 4.. Even we had owner in conscience...The flat had issues right from the beginning (broken sofa, faulty washing machine, faulty water purifier and many more ..) You didn't do anything for that even after many complaints and you are talking about maintaining the flat... You please don't talk about education, first learn to make good relationship with people and learn to stand by your words...You thug... Again I am telling all the reviews are of flat owners and not of tenants...
