★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the most horrible experience that i have had from a seller is from this woman!She takes orders worth thousands and tries to fool people by sending wrong shipping ids..first of all she doesn’t send you the product as well as shipping id even after taking the full payment..you have to nag her some thousand times..then she sends you dummy details so as to fool you!Such a horrible experience,service and everything!she is so rude~won’t even pick your call..such a fraud..and she has even blocked me from her insta id so that I can’t reach out to her..don’t risk your money with her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the worst experience with any store. To not be able to convey a message to a customer and then blaming a customer for you own negligence is the worst.
Every point you said was conveyed by me to you via messages.
You expect the customer to ask everything to you? You are having a store and aren't even able to explain policies to the customers. The main point is you don't have any ready stock. You just do trading from vendors by sending and posting pictures.
All of the poshak in red color got sold in a single day? You were not even able to show two or three. Also you said that a customer should ask what shall I do?
When I am clearly writing and conveying that I would be sending the bride for measurements tomorrow, you are saying ki aapko bata dena chahiye tha ki aaj hi aa rhe hai vo.
Worst worst worst service and experience.
Also I told them that the dress order was confirm and will send bride for measurements tomorrow, she said okay I'll keep the dress for you and when we reached the store there was no dress. Liars working here. The owner herself is a liar. She never asked for advance payment and later on said you didn't give advance payment how can I keep the dress.
Miraculously, every dress she displayed was bought in the very next day and also all colours of the dresses and all patterns. ???
Joke going on. She said single customer bought 20 dresses. Then her staff said the dress is already sold out will be brought on order for you. Liars and cheaters working om this store ?
2 people traveled 200 kms just for the dress and when they reach you very conveniently say it's not available and was sold. Which was not the case at all. U never had the dress in stock and have posted pictures from some other wholesalers.
Should not lie to customers and should not communicate half information.
Also, they have almost zero stock and doesn't have anything. Most of the stuff is ON ORDER.
Never would we ever recommend anyone the store you have.
