★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Pathetic service. I purchased a ring from here on 29th Dec 2019 on the occasion of my wife's birthday. She barely wore it twice and a crack appeared in ring within 10 days of purchase. I went to Rukmani Jewellers and no satisfactory response given. They clearly told that it is not our responsibility. I have gone for shouldering of ring from same place and they charged additional price for shouldering as well. Gold weight was exactly same as it was before shouldering. Even owner and staff behavior for this service.I recommend not to buy anything from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there many times and gave them good business a lot of times. It's a bit expensive.
The staff does not have the knowledge of basic things (conversions of ratti, grams etc) though they are polite from their business perspective.
I bought a locket made by their artisans and I found it of mediocre design and not precisely made.
Even though I was the only customer at that time still I had to wait during the billing (probably it's because I was buying something of less value this time)
I didn't expect that kind of behaviour from their side.
