★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional organisation. Hired a nanny with prior intimation of 7 day travel plan which was agreed upon. Nanny left us hanging on the day of travel despite working for couple of days before that. The agency was of no help either and we were kept in lurch. Hire the agency at your own risk as they make big false promises and then fail to fulfil even 1 of them.

The maids are lazy don’t want to work on a timetable, don’t want to take responsibility and take too much leave without informing. Instead of understanding the customer’s issue the agency sides with the maids and cancels the contract if you ask the maids to follow a schedule.
