Nursing staff ground level staff doctors are so caring and helpful.gave prompt response all the time with smiling face. We came here just because of services and hospitality. Dr Padma Nagpal gave us best treatment Just because of her we are coming here from last 13 years and we will recommend to All always. Cheers !!!!! Thanks to all!! Appreciated…

Staff was really helpful and coorporative.
Even at the night hours, we didnt face any issues because the staff was always there for us.
Doctors visit were regular and helful.
Overall it was a very nice experience in Rungta Hospital. I strongly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good hospital .here every staff members gives you a very honest service like Our case is manage by Doctor Sandeep Nunia ji. He is very honest and polite behaviour doctor and we also get very impressive nursing staff here like Mr. Gotam Mahawat and Mis Sarsha . I'm feel very pleasant to get support and help from them.

Only the issue was room deluxe allotted to my wife was in a sharing option.
Which was a bad experience..
One patient needs cooling and second one needs hot temperature..
Both have opposite demand..
So much uncomfortable...
Feedback
Please make this deluxe 4 only for one patient

Not recommended
Staff of sonography is also bad with their behaviour.They literally shout on patient .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I consulted them for my covid treatment they treat you like animals. You have to wait foe 3 4 hours outside the hospital to consult the doctor. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate to dr Mukesh yadav and mr surender for their commitment, all staff are very good and caring. although Getting government approval for health insurance in respect of hospital treatment is a very lengthy process that makes the patient and their supporting family feel uncomfortable.
