★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service from Rupeek.. Within one hour amount credited to my bank.. I think this is best concept GOLD LOAN AT DOOR SERVICE... One more thing is gold interest rate is very low 0.49% per month i.e. annually 5.88% and no processing charges nil. That is the best part of this gold loan.. Even staff service good... Ankit visited at my place. He is so humble and cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One and only company giving interest rate so less(49 to 52paisa/lac) where other companies 99paisa to Rs1.80/lac. But strictly interest payment made within 30days in Rupeek! Best part is I got Rs.5000 as referral bonus for referring 12.75lac! None of the previous gold loan companies have delighted me so much! Happy to be a part of rupeek!

1- You guys don't mention the due date in your app.. How will people remember the due dates if they have multiple loans
2 - Worst customer service... few of your agents just behave like robots telling the same thing over and over again telling technical issue with backend... you call for any reason they just use a robotic sentence. If we are unable to get help from you guys why is it called customer care.
3 - You guys are not releasing Icici bank gold loans it's been a month since u guys started this...when we have the money to pay the loan why are u guys not releasing it? We don't wanna pay the interest for your company flaws.
4 - The assurance from ur customer support that they will be calling in one hour is just a waste of time..no one calls...
5 - for this review also u guys will be robotic. Instead of addressing and fixing these flaws in your app.
Frankly speaking I just feel I shouldn't have opted you guys after seeing so many flaws. You guys act so fast if we want to pledge the gold with you..even if there's a technical glitch u guys r ready to do it manually.But for release u guys make people run pillar to corner...

DON'T GO WITH RUPEEK GOLD LOANS,
One of the worst services and all are fraud in this company. They mishandle the customer Gold and don't have any kindly of hold on the Gold what we pledged with them. we are taking a legal action against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor when it comes release. Have to run from pillar to post to get the gold. For almost two days struggling to get the gold back. Have to keep calling customer care and chat support. Not once in the past two days received a call back from Rupeek. Extremely annoying and worried. I hope my Gold is safe, which scares me the most. For renewal it even more annoying. They have the automated caller that keeps calling you for more than a month even during odd hours. Its best to go and pledge gold nearby physically where you know you can just walk in and take it when you want. Got carried away by customer reviews and the low interest rate. Not worth the given the worry it creates while trying to take gold out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever seen. They will ask your request but there will not be any response from them. Each time you should call and explain the same thing again n again. They have a standard answer "we understand your concern" & "sorry for the inconvenience". Finally they will say will arrange a call back but that will not happen in your lifetime. For one NOC I am following up with them for past 4days. People who are taking calls does not have proper knowledge to the query. Very Bad
