★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Government lodges can be this good with courteous staff and reception is unbelievable unless you really come here...a little maintenance, it is nothing short of a 4 star property. And food is definitely better than a lot of private lodges and hotels in Bengal.

Rooms are spacious
Entire hotel staffs are very helpful and co-operative
Perfect weekend spot away from daily hustle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Gadiara and we can have a view of River from room. Food quality also good and well behaved. But the lodge could be maintained more nicely as they are having a huge campus. Children swing, seesaw are there for kids playing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is good but there are many improvement areas. Infrastructure maintenance is not up to the mark. Wash Room is always in wet condition even after housekeeping cleans it. Hospitality is not at all good compared to Malancha Tourist Lodge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State govt run huge property next to Rupnarayan river in Gadiara, WB. Spacious room facing the river with first and second floor rooms have river view. The resort is newly renovated with modern fittings. Lot of free area around the resort with planing area for kids and sitting area for everyone. They also have a spa but it's closed due to covid.
Lunch time is stretched from 12 noon till 5pm but resturant closes by 9:30-10pm. Service is good and food quality is okay.
Nothing much to see around but you will like the walk upto the jetty.
Lastly the area has ample parking space inside the resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is conveniently located on the banks of Rupnarayan river just a walking distance from Gadiara ferry ghat.
Pros -
1.The riverfront view from the rooms.
2. Comfortable rooms with Electric kettle
3. Kids friendly place with a park.
4. Restaurant and room service with extra charge.
5. Complementary breakfast.
6. Dormitory available for drivers at extra cost.
Cons-
1. Reception desk staff though courteous is not digitally competent and slow.
2. The property lacks upkeep and no maintenance of the garden or landscape is evident.
3. Food quality is not up-to the mark and very less portion served though rates are exorbitant.
4. Staff is polite and well behaved but slow in service.
5. Covid protocols are not adhered strictly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent place for weekend tours with family and friends. Three star facilities available in affordable price. You can s the river Rupnarayan from every corner. The lodge is perfect for those who are interested for a calm and quiet place especially in the weekend for rest. Ferry service is available for river cruise. Superb quality of service and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good tourist lodge situated right beside rupnarayan river. The hotels offers magnificent view of the river from the rooms. The hotel has huge garden along with a park for the children to play. Car parking is available inside the hotel. Food quality is also good. The fresh air from the river will definitely make your mind fresh.
